What is the idea behind NUEVA: The idea behind launching NUEVA was to bring a completely new culinary dining experience to India. It was about bringing to light, a new cuisine and a new culture by infusing art into the food space. This restaurant is trying to do it all by keeping sustainability as a focal point. And aims to give its guests a unique and exclusive experience at an affordable price.
Eclectic menu: The cuisine is South American and studies not only the current scenario of the continent but also its history which is replete with invaders and travelers who have influenced the food of the land. Plus, one can never forget the mighty Inca, Maya and Aztec civilizations which define the original cultural fabric of the land. We have incorporated this history into the dishes through an array of ingredients and techniques used in creating our menu. Chef Michael’s artistic and nature-inspired touch is evident in everything from the menu break-up to the plating to the fact that we promote a “no plastic” policy.
We have a wide variety of flavors and textures on offer through 3 special menus. What’s more? We have an interesting selection for vegetarians. They are just as important as non-vegetarians.

Our best feature is the glass box kitchen which allows guests to see their food being prepared.
