Namrata Joshipura – Namrata Joshipura’s collection was a high doze of rock n roll glamour. Sharp edged cuts, sleek and long silhouettes and need less to say excellent work of sequin and floral prints, the collection was set for the women today. We loved this red floral print suit and this geometric print culottes with an overcoat.

JJ Valaya – JJ Valaya has already cemented his status as a couturier and this time he presented his ready to wear collection at the Amazon India fashion Week. The collection was titled ‘The Bolshoi Bazaar’ and was a blend of Russian decadence and Indian contemporary fashion. It  had hints of Russian jewels and the colour palette consisted of charcoal, grey, blues, rust, orange and tones of red. The jewels were designed by Amrapali and some of the head gears were designed by Valliyan ( by Nitya Bajaj Arora). We loved this beautiful sari paired with fur, it could not get more exotic than this.
