It is quiet intriguing to see how SIilvia Venturini builds an entire collection around one small detail. Be it those furry or floral appliqué handbags .dresses with tulip motifs, there is an unexplained charm to those statement pieces. 

But ‘ladylike’ is not the only genre which is Silvia’s expertise, menswear is equally interesting and noticeable. SS 17 collection for Fendi was all about ‘beach’. Solid silhouettes juxtaposed against soft colour palate dominated the ensemble. A close look at the pieces will reveal the finer details to some of the most basic looking pieces. Prince of Wales checks with an infusion of pastel streaks and light slip ons, light overcoats in quilted silks and terrycloth, interesting interpretations of shirt jackets in suede and more, the collection was chock-a-block  with fine details.

It’s Fendi, so bags and shoes seemed to be focal point. Mens beach bags in leather and canvas with bold stripes and signature Fendi animated faces ( needless to say with a lot character! ), those sleek stripped wallets worn as ID tags around the neck, ankle length shoes and harness sandals for men, guys you need not bother for your beach vacation.
