Known for his interesting take on prints, embellishments and embroideries , Markus Lupfer has become the go to designer for all the girls who want to have fun, dress light and breezy. It is his understanding of silhouettes, cuts and finish which make him one of the most sort after ready to wear designers of London. He began his journey as a designer in 1997 when his first ready to wear collection was bought by London boutique Koh Samui and since then there has been no looking back.

 

Recently he presented his SS 16 collection in London and it was nothing less than a visual treat.

Easy Fashion – All the pieces in the collection defined ease and comfort. Whether you are a firm believer in casual chic or love to dress up for those sophisticated dinners,  Markus had something for everyone.

Colour palate to suit everyone – The colour palate was mostly monochrome with hints of gorgeous pinks. Now, no matter what, the colour palate Markus gave us can be carried for any occasion, be  it a formal affair or festive. We are in love with that stunning blend of textures Mexican luchador patch motifs and prints.

Some Key pieces – Gorgeous jumpers, party dresses, statement trousers, camisoles and see through skirts ( we loved them ) made collection a versatile one and last but not the least the shoes were to die for.

Venue- Markus is known for his stunning presentations and this time was no different. The presentation was held at London’s historic Horse Guards Avenue. Amidst the hustle bustle of London Fashion Week, he successfully created a serene atmosphere and those flowers surely added some charm.
